Caye International will never ask for your password or security code. Fraudsters can spoof our phone number — if a call or text asks for it, hang up and call us back. How we protect your accounts

About us

Security is a partnership.

What we will never ask you for, how fraudsters imitate us, and what to do if something looks wrong.

About

Security is a partnership

We will never ask for your credentials. No one from Caye International will ask for your online banking password or security code. If a call, message or email asks for it, stop and contact us yourself.

Our number and address can be spoofed. Fraudsters can make a call or an email appear to come from us. When in doubt, use a number or address you already have rather than the one in front of you.

Report it quickly. If you think an account has been compromised, contact us straight away rather than waiting until you are certain.

Good habits

  • Never share a password or security code
  • Use contact details you already have
  • Check statements regularly
  • Report anything odd immediately
